CSNZ has a range of resources available to members and non-members.
CSNZ Publications
CSNZ produces a range of innovative and cutting edge publications covering various aspects of corporate governance. Our current titles include:
- The Disposal and Retention of Documents
- Powers and Duties of the Chartered Secretary
- Minutes: Letters to an Unknown Judge
- The Company Secretary and the Performance Evaluation of
Boards
- Electronic Document Management
- Annual General Meetings
These are attuned to the New Zealand business environment but have wide applicability within the broader environment in which CSNZ operates. For example, Minutes: Letters to an Unknown Judge has virtually universal applicability.
Good Governance Guides
As a service to members and others, Chartered Secretaries
New Zealand and the other Divisions of ICSA International have
prepared a series of Good Governance Guides in the area of
corporate governance. The intention is that they will provide
value to individuals as a starting point or as an information
source on governance issues.
The Chartered Secretary
The Chartered Secretary, is published bi-monthly and
included within The Independent Financial Review.
The Chartered Secretary is the Institute's forum for
discussion of relevant issues affecting today's corporate
managers and company secretaries.
